Please, note that if your location cannot receive our delivery, we will cancel your purchase and refund you entirely.

You may receive your items between 7 to 15 working days. Orders are processed everyday to ensure the fastest service possible.

We deliver worldwide from different locations. For this reason, we often send our products in different packages. Please, check your confirmation email to make sure you do not have multiple tracking numbers from our carrier.

Chinese New Year is an important moment for our teams. During this period, we do not tailor and ship any product anymore : all orders will be shipped in the end of the celebrations.

Return & exchange

All Qipao Cheongsam purchases have an extended 30-day return policy.

You can return or exchange items for any reason within those 30 days. An ideal way to find the perfect Qipao and make sure it fits you.

The size does not fit or you would like to buy an other model ?

Different elements will be required to confirm your return, such as your order number and the informations about the buyer.

A return form will also be sent to you in order to proceed to your return or exchange. No return will be accepted without these elements.

Almost all items can be returned within Qipao Cheongsam store.

They must be postmarked for return within 30 days to be eligible for refunds. Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

Please, note that custom qipao dresses are not eligible for return or exchange, because each item is made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations.

In case of return or exchange, the costs of the shipping must be payed by the customer.

Please, note that customs duty must also be payed by the customer in case of return or exchange.

After returning your item to our store, you will receive your refund within 7 to 15 days.

Please note that all international VAT costs, shipping costs and customs duty are non-refundable.

Payment

Coupon codes can be used directly in the checkout after your cart. Select the discount code box then click on the button "Apply". If your coupon is valid, the promotion will directly be applied to your order.

We accept any credit card to pay your order. Please, make sure your credit card is valid when you pay your items.
